Accessibility Statement

The BMCC is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible space for all conference participants. New and enhanced accessible features and services include:

• On-site accessibility assistance at the registration booth.
• Access to a designated quiet room located in the main lobby across from the registration/welcome area.
• Use of microphones by speakers, presenters, and the audience in every session.
• In the main hall:
  • wider aisles
  • more choices of seating for participants in wheelchairs
  • an additional large screen for enhanced viewing
  • Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services projected on all screens
